Warranty Period and Channels
We offer a 180-day limited warranty for TORRAS products purchased through authorized channels. The warranty period starts once the product is received by the original purchaser.
TORRAS products are sold on our official website, Amazon, and other official channels. Additionally, the manufacturers, suppliers, or resellers might offer its own warranties. Please reach out to your seller for further details. To ensure you receive a legitimate product, we strongly advise purchasing from one of the aforementioned channels. We have received reports of fraudulent orders from other sources.
Our warranty policy excludes the following items:
