I got my protector from Amazon for an iPhone 15 Pro. No problems at all with the purchase.

As many others have written in this page, the installation process is a breeze, too easy, too good, no bubbles. The protector repeals water, dust, and fingerprints very well, also the clarity of the display is not affected at all, you'll feel that you're using your iPhone screen. No brightness or color changes, you probably will not be able to tell if the screen protector is there.

However, I had to ask for warranty, because the first protector that I installed got broken in 2 and a half months ☹️.

I believe that it was temperature change, as temperature the day it broke was near 37 C (98.6 F), and I took some pictures at the pool, using the phone with the protector (the phone got completely wet), then I stored the phone in my bag and later found it broken side to side top bottom (single line).

I didn't let my phone fall, and also I have a spigen (as seen in the photo) protector which also protects screen borders when the phone falls, so my only suspect here is the temperature change affecting the protector.

I asked for warranty, as the first protector broke before the 180 days stated in the warranty. Torras team offered me a new one, and I appreciate the good client service.

I feel like I can keep purchasing from Torras being sure they will respond to any issue you can have with its products.

Purchased & fitted in October '23. I never usually leave reviews but thought that this justified it.
Just had to replace the first screen protector due to dropping onto a small stone, but apart from that the screen protector is almost as new, a couple of tiny scratches caused by a broken screen on my work phone being in the same pocket but otherwise blemish free.
So very simple to fit accurately, 1 small bubble that disappeared after a day or so, easy to keep clean and smear free. Great value and top quality, just ordered the privacy one & camera lens covers.

Definitely one of the best options on the market. For example, had panzerglass before which didn’t fit that well, it had unnecessary cutouts at the top, felt more like plastic and smudged far more. This one was also about the same price for two screen protectors and the application process is revolutionary.

Have never experienced such a simple, quick and perfect application where you don’t need to position it, don’t need to fear debris underneath or reposition it at all. Just clean the phone, dust it off, quickly place the applicator frame and just drag on the strip and it falls into just the right position on its own.

Best experience I’ve ever had with any screen protector and I’ll definitely buy some for my iphone 16 in a few months.

I had an issue with my first Screen Protector purchase this is the email I sent back to TORRAS after receiving Excellent Customer Service.

Echo, thank you for your Great customer service! I received a replacement as promised and the second installation went perfectly. There were some air bubbles that I was able to get out with the provided scraper. I will be in contact with you if I have any issues. For me and this might sound dumb but I did not realize that the application tool came with a loaded screen protector. So somehow I loaded the second screen protector on top of the preloaded one and essentially installed them both at the same time. The directions were just vague and could have been more specific. I do like that you kept it short and simple. Sometimes short and simple allows for this to be over looked. Anyway this go round the product was installed very easily. Baring no issues with how well it sticks I don't see any reason for disappointment. I do want to be up front Amazon sent me a replacement and if you did as well then I will be happy to return the other I unopened package. I won't be home for a couple days to confirm the one you sent has arrived. You have been very helpful and I'm super appreciative of the good customer service. I had got the screen protector for my iphone 15 pro max & sadly there was a slight crack , i reached out to torras and within 48hrs there was a package at my door with a brand new 2 pack of screen protectors. The instillation is like no other, ANY one could install with there easy install method, after install i was shocked, could not even tell there was a screen protector on the phone at all, it fit PERFECTLY. I even showed a friend and he swore i didnt have a screen protector on but i indeed did, torras is great! No more dust on the edges of the screen protector because the perfect fit it has. Would definitely recommend getting this as its like no other & if there is a problem there customer support is on top of it all the way . I ordered this one with the expectation that it is one of the best screen protector out there. It exceeded my expectations. It is very easy to apply and after dropping my phone many times it's still intact and no scratches. Great product!
