TORRAS has implemented a diversity and inclusivity program to increase theproportion of women in management positions and ensure equal careerdevelopment opportunities for employees of all cultural backgrounds.Currently, 60% of our employees are women, including our CEO and severalbusiness leaders.


Most of its employees are from Gen Z, with an average age of 26. At TORRASwe are willing to let everyone be themselves, encourage everyone to exploretheir curiosity, and especially encourage the growth of young people.

Meet our CEO

TORRAS, founded in 2012 by a group of curious and adventurous founders, CarrieKong was initially a loyal fan of TORRAs products in the early days. After joiningthe company, she further strengthened TORRAS' independent thinking personalityand culture, leading ToRRAs to a global presence.
